Therapy groups are a very effective method for accomplishing growth and change. They offer the advantage of multiple eyes and ears to watch your work, and the opportunity to learn from the struggles of others.
Groups are also cost-effective. A two hour group is only $60.
All groups are held in a beautiful, private setting with comfortable furniture or floor pillows for the adventurous. Refreshments are available and breaks are taken as needed. The natural beauty of our setting helps calm the mind and open the heart to growth. Groups are led by one or two therapists who maintain a positive, supportive atmosphere.
